West Palm Beach is the 2nd fastest growing millionaire hotspot in the US

Henley & Partners came out with their annual World’s Wealthiest Cities Report 2023. This report includes HNWI population data for 97 cities across the world, as well as HNWI growth stats for the past decade (2012 to 2022) along with seasonal hotspots for centi-millionaires (those individuals with investable wealth of USD 100 million or more).

West Palm Beach made the list this year as the 2nd fastest growing millionaire hotspot in the US. (90% growth). Currently there are 9400 HNWI's (+ $1m) , 64 centi-millionaires (+ $100m) and 9 billionaires (+ $1bn) that call (West) Palm Beach their home. Obviously the number of wealthy individuals that own property in the area and come over from time to time is higher.
